Policy FAQ

Plump and Blade Aesthetics requires a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a 48 hour notice is given I am happy to reschedule and carry over your depositas a one time courtesy within one month. If in the event a less than 48 hour notice is given the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be paid to reschedule your appointment.

Appointments will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Please notify your Technician if you think you are going to be late.

If in the event a No Show occurs the deposit will be forfeited. In addition a $50 NO SHOW FEE will be applied to your account and a new deposit must be paid prior to scheduling a future appointment.

All sales and services are final sale, no returns or refunds are able to be issued.
